Warranty Coverage

  • Replacement parts provided under warranty are only covered for the remaining period of the original warranty.

  • Non-transferable — warranties apply only to the original purchaser.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds are issued only after the defective part is received and inspected.

  • Shipping costs are not reimbursed under any warranty claim.

  • In certain cases, replacement parts may need to be prepaid before dispatch.

  • Warranty claims cannot exceed the original invoice amount.

How to File a Warranty Claim

Step 1

Submit the original sales invoice with your claim.

Step 2

Provide receipts or records showing service dates, mileage, and parts used

Step 3

Ensure repairs are done at a licensed public truck repair facility

Step 4

The facility must agree to return all replaced or damaged parts to Matek

Step 5

Submit any requested documentation within 30 days of filing the claim

Step 6

Repair or replacement is at the sole discretion of Matek Innovative Solutions
